About Nancy O’Mallon
Nancy O’Mallon is CEO and President of About Harvest and a New Jersey native. Dedicated to the telling of stories about food, Nancy OʼMallon has written and produced documentaries about two important New Jersey crops, blueberries and cranberries.
The Mighty Humble Blueberry
Completed in 2007, screened and won awards at national and international film festivals. December 2009 the film was selected as a National Resource for USDA’s Agriculture in the Classroom, a national program that helps students Pre-K through 12th grade become agriculturally literate.
New Jersey’s Red October
A film on New Jersey’s cranberry industry, completed in December 2008, won awards at national film festivals and aired on Public Television Stations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
