		<description>Thank you for sharing the thought provoking interview with Dr Rawson.  This is exciting stuff, using food products (e.g. medical foods) to influence gene expression of inflammation.  

Chronic diseases engender inflammation; many people could benefit if the inflammation cascade could be turned-off.

Finally, thanks for finally explaining to me the difference between Medical Foods &amp; Functional Foods.</description>
